Two story 50,000 sft outpatient surgical & cancer diagnostic center.  

The two angular wings of the building are pivoted around a central vertical communication core, which serves both the first floor lobby and at the second level, integrating the lobby and the waiting room with the surgical suite. The center consists of four OR’s, pre-op and post recovery areas with emphasis to patient privacy and comfort.  Patient and staff flow overlaps were minimized, while all support areas are accessed separately. The Diagnostic Imaging suite consists of an MRI, nuclear scans, CT scans and x-ray. The women's diagnostic suite with ultrasound and mammography exam rooms are provided with a separate exterior entrance, while maintaining the option to be internally connected to the imaging suite.
