The two-story house is designed on two trapezoid halves with opposing sloping roofs and vertical heights.  The raised ceiling in the living room extends above the second floor level thus creating a loft study room as part of the master suite.  The exterior treatment combines stone and 
stucco with large windows that reflect the contemporary theme.
