The one-story 5,200 sft building was designed as an addition and complete reconstruction of the existing one-story 2,400 sft bank building.  The combined new footprint extends closer to the front property line and includes accessible walkways, reconfigured parking spaces, bike spaces, modified bioretention pond and new upgraded underground utility services.  The building features an open ceiling with exposed HVAC ductwork and LED area pendant lights.  The building’s 4,000 sft was designed for a Laundromat with 100 washer / dryer units, specialized utility systems, customer waiting pods and services.
