The mixed-use building consists of two-story 5,000 sft and it is situated on two consolidated lots that housed a free-standing building with limited parking.  The new building’s trapezoid configuration integrates the existing and added parking spaces along with other site improvements, while it elongates the building’s visual appearance.  To meet the SWM requirements the use of permeable paving and a green segmental retaining wall were incorporated into the site development.  The first floor was specifically designed for a Laundromat operation. The second floor is intended for business uses and is accessible through an exterior covered walkway and stairs, thus maximizing the useable tenant spaces.
