The four building complex totaling 50,000 sft, situated on a five acre lot were designed in a court like setting with two tier surface parking set in a natural and man made landscape.  The upper parking tier creates the court like setting, and provides pedestrian access to the second floor of each building.  The buildings were designed within the context of traditional colonial architecture.
