The 16,000 sft retail/ restaurant building is located at the corner of Woodfield and Snouffer School Road and is part of the Flower Hill Shopping Center in Gaithersburg Maryland. The undulating footprint of the building was designed to integrate with the shape of the elongated triangular site. The use of varying material textures and colors creates an asymmetrical rhythm of individual bays and is framed by the opposing two-story anchor elements, one of which houses the open rooftop bar terrace. The building also features a multi-level green roof, outdoor patios, elongated storefronts and high ceilings.
