Interior fit-out of approximately 6,000 SF within existing office suites and loft to accommodate a digital imaging and dental laboratory facility. Work included new mechanical and electrical systems, specialized technical areas with dedicated exhaust, ADA-compliant restrooms and staff kitchenette/ breakroom. The project involved integration of new building systems within an existing structure to support the operational and technical requirements of the laboratory.
