The proposed design for the new sanctuary incorporates the existing two-story gym building and a two-story addition. The completed project will house the new 10,000 sft sanctuary at the first floor and 9,000 sft school classrooms at the lower level.  The project necessitates the consolidation of the four properties owned by the Church to fully comply with the zoning requirements. The project when completed will include additional surface parking spaces, realignment of entrance / exit driveways and circulation pattern and address storm water management compliance.
