The house features three distinct blocks stacked both horizontally and vertically, where the roof of one block becomes the terrace of the other.  
The large floor to ceiling patio style doors with operable sectional shutters, along with the surrounding balconies capture both the views and prevailing winds.  Finished with the traditional “island colors”, white stucco and blue window shutters, this private residence projects the classic envelope of the “house in the islands” theme.
