The one-story 5,000 sft building was designed for the company’s administrative headquarters, with an interior work setting concourse that easily accesses both the administrative offices and the operations teams. The perimeter offices feature interior transparent glass walls that bring natural light into the working area of the concourse. The building’s metal façade, large window openings and textured concrete blocks was designed as a reflectance of the campus metal and block storage buildings.
